Join Kim to learn new ways to help manage your stress while building your resilience.


BIOGRAPHY:

Kim is a counsellor who has worked in mental health for over thirty years. She worked extensively for twenty years with farm families at the Manitoba Farm, Rural and Northern Support Services. Currently she facilitates the University of Guelph ‘In the Know’ mental health literacy training for farmers and industry. She is the owner of Maple Grove Counselling and Consulting, specializing in farm and rural mental health. Having grown up on a mixed farm and later farming with her partner Brent, Kim feels at home working with farmers and their families, helping them to live happy and healthy lives.
