It is a new year and if your emotional gas tank feels like it is running on empty, you are not alone! Demands on farmers and their families continue to grow and it may feel like there isn’t enough time to recover between the multiple stressors that meet us every day at the farm gate. Join Kim to learn new ways to help manage your stress while building your resilience.
